Shared books:
Today we have two shared books for you to enjoy.

Writing: Today you can pick what you want to write about. Here are a few writing ideas about the book:

  • Write about the part of the book that you liked the most
  • Write about your favourite crayon colour and what you like to draw with it.
  • Write a new letter from one of the crayons to Duncan.
Art Activity How to draw a crayon.

Handwriting:  This week we are going to work on lowercase letters. Watch the video and pause it when you want to try to write a letter.

You don't have to do everything on this blog post.  Most importantly try and make it fun and work for your family.

If you would like to share your work please email me some photos to (nmitchell@owairaka.school.nz) and I will share it on our class blog.

Happy home learning Room 5!
