We listened to speeches and talking about how old our school is-90 years old!
We even had a cake cutting ceremony with the oldest and youngest children helping to cut the cake.
Room 5 got to look at the wonderful art later in the day.

We found our native bird art in the entrance to the hall.
We also found our rockets! It was very exciting to see our art in the art show.

ReplyDeleteWOW Room 5, I loved seeing your art at the school exhibition. I liked looking at your rockets and seeing all the detail and how you had painted them. I could see you took a lot of care drawing your native NZ birds. Nikos Dad Gregor and his Pop Bruce really enjoyed seeing you work too. How lucky you are to have such a super teacher to guide your creative ideas.
