Green Week

This week is Green Week at school.  We have lots of awesome activities on at school.

 

Here is a copy of  Our Care Code:

Room 5 have been learning about putting rubbish and recycling into the correct bins.

The red bin is for citrus like mandarin or orange and this goes to the compost bins.

The blue bin is for empty milk cartons and these are collected and go to be recycled.

This is the yellow bin and is for plastic and goes into landfill.

This is the green bin and is for food scraps like apple cores or banana skins and this goes into the worm farm.

This is the black bin and it is for clean paper and this goes for recycling.

 Green Week Activities:

• Monday and Tuesday: We have book swap outside room 9.

• Wednesday is Wrapper Free lunchboxes day.

• Thursday: Make and Take day.

• Friday is Green Day Assembly
