Friday Fun

Room 5 had a fun time playing with Room 4. Here are a few photos of us sharing and playing together. It was so nice to hear lots of friendly voices and kind words during Play-based Learning today.

Play-based Learning

Today we had Play-based Learning with Room 4!  It was great to spend time together creating and exploring. We worked on using kind words and friendly voices while we played.

PMP

 This week at PMP (Perceptual Motor skills Programme) we had lots of fun. 

We really need some parent helpers to support us with running PMP. Just pop into Room 5 or give Rachel at our school office a call to let us know if you are available on a Tuesday between the hours of 8:50 and 11:00.

Activity One: We got to aim and throw bean bags into the different shapes. We threw overarm and underarm. We had to aim through, over and between the shapes.

 

Activity Two: We had to balance on the moving beam and the rocking see-saw. It was a little scary at first but after our first turn it was easy.

Activity Three: We got to use the scoot boards and go under the pole. We got to aim and throw the bean bags into the hoops.

We loved all of the activities today. Keep up the great work at PMP Room 5.

Reading Buddies

On a Friday we have 'Reading Buddies' this is where we get to read our reading book to a friend and then they listen to our story.
