Play-based Learning

Today we had lots of fun creating at Play-based Learning.  We had fun sharing and taking turns with Room 4.  During Play-based Learning we had a special treat of 'Waffles' they were delicious!

Litter Blitz

We had a fabulous day picking up rubbish for the 'Litter Blitz' event.

We felt very happy at the end as we cleaned up our community. It was also very nice to go back to school and get a yummy sausage.  Ka pai Room 5! Ms Mitchell is super proud of you.

Kelly Sports Sessions

This week Room 5 went out for two sessions with Kelly Sport! We played games that we will be doing on our trip to Point Chev beach.

Caught Being Good

Today we had a Rimu Assembly.  Ms Mitchell and Miss Whyte gave out certificates for children who have been doing great learning.

We also got to pick our own book.

It was Miss Whyte's last day today.  A big thank you to her for all the wonderful teaching she has done in Room 5. I know we will see her again soon.

We wish her all the best for next year.

We also went for a walk to take our school values tickets to the office!

PMP

Today Room 5 went to the hall for PMP.
